Documents Required for Philippines Visa from Pakistan

Below are the requirements for a Philippines visa from Pakistan:

Passport: 

• Original passport
• Please note passport must fulfill all the below conditions
• The passport should have a minimum of 2 blank pages & should be valid for a period of 6 months validity at the time of travel

• National ID card scanned colored copy. Both back and front side
• Family Registration Certificate from NADRA (FRC)
• Marriage Registration Certificate from NADRA (MRC)

2- Photographs

• Three recent colored photographs of size 35 x 45 mm white background with matt or semi-matt finish with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border. (Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas)

• Bank Statement Personal & Company (1 year) with Account maintenance later bank sign stamp attested from the foreign office
• Police Character Attested from Foreign Office
• 4 Photos with White background passport size (taken within 6 months)
• Copies of CNIC
• NTN
• Air ticket & hotel booking confirmed
• Covid Vaccination
• PCR TEST Within 24 to 48 hours
• Self Appearance Must

Financial Documents for Philippines Visa from Pakistan

If Employed: 

• Original Leave sanction letter on Employer’s Letterhead
• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for the last 1 year mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with a seal & sign of the Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 600,000 (Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
• Last 3 months’ salary slips

If Self-Employed Professional / Businessman 

• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for the last 1 year mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with a seal & sign of the Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 600,000 in case of traveling alone. If the family wants to apply, in that case, ensure the funds are above PKR 1,000,000 (A sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
• Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 1 year mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly, on Bank letterhead with the seal & sign of the Bank officer, the statement should be updated at least 7 days prior to the submission date. OR If the Current A/c statement is very bulky then you can provide an Original Balance confirmation letter on Bank letterhead with seal & sign (If having a separate Bank, A/c statement in the name of the company)

Supporting Documents for Philippines Visa from Pakistan

If Employed: 

• Visiting card & Employee ID card (company card) copy

If Self-Employed Professional / Businessman 

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is a Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
• Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with the Chamber of Commerce.

If Student 

• School / College / University ID card copy
• Leave sanction letter on school or college letterhead / Bonafide letter
• If a Minor student is traveling alone or only with one parent, a No Objection Certificate is required on PKR 100 stamp paper from a non-accompanying parent, attested by a Notary Public along with their signature ID proof like a passport copy.

If Retired 

• Copy of retirement order/reliving letter
• Copy of discharge book
• Copy of pension book if any
