Documents Required for Netherlands Visa

Below are the requirements for Netherlands visa from Pakistan:

Passport

• Original Passport as well as old passports
• Please note passport must fulfill all the below conditions
• The passport should have a minimum of 2 blank pages & should be valid for a period of 6 months from the Date of travel

2- Photographs

Photographs for Netherlands Visa

• Four recent colored photographs of size 35 x 45 mm white background with matt or semi-matt finish with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border. ( Photograph should not be more than 1 month old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas)

3- Additional Documents

Require Documents for Netherland Visa

• National ID card scanned colored copy. Both the back and front side
• Family Registration Certificate
• Marriage Registration Certificate

Financial Documents for Netherlands Visa

If Employed: 

• Original Leave sanction letter on Employer’s Letterhead
• Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with a seal & sign of the Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 800,000 (Sudden Deposit of money is not appreciated)
• Last 3 month’s salary slips
• Personal Income Tax Returns for the last 3 Assessment years or Tax Deduction Certificate

If a Self-Employed Professional/Businessman

• Personal Income Tax return for the last 3 years
• Company Income Tax Return for the last 3 years( if filed separately)
• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for the last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with a seal & sign of a Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 800,000 in case of traveling alone. If a family wants to apply, in that case, ensure the funds are above PKR 1,500,000 (sudden deposit of money is not appreciated)
• Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly, on Bank letterhead with seal and sign of bank officer, the statement should not be updated at least 7 days prior to the submission date( in case the Applicant is sole proprietor)

Supporting Documents for Netherland Visa

If Employed

• Visiting card and Employee ID card (Company card) copy

If a Self-Employed Professional/ Businessman

• Company Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation
• Proof of Proprietorship /Partnership (In case the applicant is Proprietor/Partner infirm)
• Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with the Chamber of Commerce.

If Student

• School / College/ University ID card copy
• Leave sanction letter on school college letterhead/ Bonafide letter
• If a minor student is traveling alone or with one parent, a No objection Certificate is required on PKR 100 Stamp paper from non-accompanying parents, attested by Notary Public along with their signature id proof like a passport copy.

If Retired 

• Copy of retirement order/ relieving letter
• Copy of discharge book
• Copy of pension book if any
