Documents Required for Malaysia (1 Year Sticker) Visa from Pakistan

Below are the requirements for Malaysia (1 Year Sticker) visa from Pakistan:

Passport & Smart CNIC: 

• Original passport with minimum 6 months validity at the time of travel
• Scanned, clear  copy of smart CNIC (ID card with chip) – Both front and backside
• Bank statement of last 6 months closing balance of 1,000,000 with account maintenance letter duly sign and stamp of a bank officer.

• NTN number for verification (Optional)

2- Photographs

• Scanned, clear copy of the recent colored photograph in the plain white background of size 2 x 2 inches. (Photograph should not be more than 1 month old)

Financial Documents for Malaysia (1 Year Sticker) Visa from Pakistan

If Employed: 

• Original Leave sanction letter on Employer’s Letterhead
• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for the last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with a seal & sign of the Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 1,000,000 (Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
• Last 3 months’ salary slips
• Personal Income Tax Returns for the last 3 Assessment years or Tax Deduction Certificate

If a Self-Employed Professional / Businessman 

• Personal Income Tax returns for the last 3 years
• Company Income Tax returns for the last 3 years (If filed separately)
• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for the last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with a seal & sign of a Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 1,000,000 in case of traveling alone. If a family wants to apply, in that case, ensure the funds are above PKR 2,000,000 Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
• Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly, on Bank letterhead with the seal & sign of the Bank officer, the statement should be updated at least 7 days prior to the submission date. OR If the Current A/c statement is very bulky then you can provide an Original Balance confirmation letter on Bank letterhead with seal & sign (If having a separate Bank, A/c statement in the name of the company)

Supporting Documents for Malaysia (1 Year Sticker) Visa from Pakistan

If Employed: 

• Visiting card and Employee ID card (company card) copy

If a Self-Employed Professional / Businessman 

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is a Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
• Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with the Chamber of Commerce.

If Student 

• School / College / University ID card copy
• Leave sanction letter on school or college letterhead / Bonafide letter
• If a Minor student is traveling alone or only with one parent, a No Objection Certificate is required on PKR 100 stamp paper from a non-accompanying parent, attested by Notary Public along with their signature id proof like a passport copy.

If Retired 

• Copy of retirement order/reliving letter
• Copy of discharge book
• Copy of pension book if any
