You will receive an India visa from Pakistan when visiting India to meet family or friends or for any other valid purpose at their invitation. Tourists traveling on a visitor visa to India will be required to stay with family or friends while in the country.

Documents Required for Indian Visa
The following are the requirements for India visit visa for Pakistani:
Documents from India:
- Sponsorship Certificate: (for format please click here) (for any one place to be visited): This certificate also needs to be authenticated through one of the Indian government representatives. (DM/ SP/SDM/ Tehsildar/ BDO/ SHO/ Groups.
- Any officers of the State and Central Government/ Principal of a Government college and Principal/headmaster of a Government School), who can vouch for your Indian sponsor. All visitors need to provide a sponsorship letter. Note: It is the responsibility of the Indian sponsor to provide a copy of the sponsorship certificate to the FRO concerned within 24 hours of delivering it to the Pakistani visa applicant.
- Individuals who are Indian government officials should also attach a copy of their photo identity cards along with their contact information (a landline is preferable).
- The Indian invitee must present two of these documents: a passport, a copy of any or all of these bills: electricity, telephone, ration, election card, clearly stating the address and contact numbers.

Following are the required documents for Indian Visa for Pakistani National
Passport:
- Original Passport as well as all old passports
- Please note passport must fulfill all below conditions
- Passport should have a minimum of 2 blank pages & should be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of travel

- Three recent colored photographs of size 35 x 45 mm white background with matt or semi-matt finish with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border. (Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas)

If Employed:
- Original Leave sanction letter on Employer’s Letterhead
- Original Personal Bank Account Statement for the last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with a seal & sign of the Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 800,000 (Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
- Last 3 months’ salary slips
- Personal Income Tax Returns for the last 3 Assessment years or Tax Deduction Certificate
If Self-Employed Professional / Businessman
- Personal Income Tax returns for last 3 years
- Company Income Tax returns for last 3 years (If filed separately)
- Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 800,000 in case of traveling alone. If the family wants to apply, in that case, ensure the funds are above PKR 1,200,000 (Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
- Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer, the statement should be updated at least 7 days prior to the submission date. OR If Current A/c statement is very bulky then you can provide an Original Balance confirmation letter on Bank letterhead with seal & sign (If having separate Bank, A/c statement in the name of company)

If Employed:
- Visiting card & Employee ID card (company card) copy
If Self-Employed Professional / Businessman
- Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
- Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
- Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with the Chamber of Commerce.
If Student
- School / College / University ID card copy
- Leave sanction letter on school or college letterhead / Bonafide letter
- If a Minor student is traveling alone or only with one parent, a No Objection Certificate is required on PKR 100 stamp paper from a non-accompanying parent, attested by Notary Public along with their signature id proof like passport copy.
If Retired
- Copy of retirement order / relieving letter
- Copy of discharge book
- Copy of pension book if any
Additional Required Documents for Indian Visa
- National ID card scanned colored copy. Both back and front side
- Family Registration Certificate
- Marriage Registration Certificate (In case you are traveling with your spouse)
Important Note for Indian Visa:
- Please deposit the latest bank statement, which should not be more than 7 days old at the time of submission
- For minor applicants, visa forms & other supporting forms should be signed by both parents along with a Signature or Thumb impression of the Minor applicant as appearing on his/her passport
- The amount you are paying includes the file charges along with the required travel insurance of 14 days
- Yugo.pk will be providing you with all the necessary supporting documents, letters, and bookings that are expected from a travel company in order to complete your visa application
- All other documents such as financial and personal documents, are to be provided by the client themselves
- Visa approval is at the discretion of the Indian embassy visa issuing officer.

India visits visa price in Pakistan is 15,700 PKR. However, there may be a difference in price depending on the type of visa you are applying for.
It is required to upload documents in scanned PDF format.
It is recommended that the visa must be confirmed before a flight can be booked.
You can certainly apply for a visa if your first application is rejected.
The visa fee cannot be refunded if one cancels the application.
Applications are not allowed for more than one (1) specified city. In order to apply, you will need at least one sponsorship letter.
As long as you have the sponsorship certificate, you don't need a separate invitation from the same person for other cities.
A minimum of 45 days should elapse before your proposed date of visit. As a result, it is highly recommended that visa applications are submitted well in advance, to avoid any inconvenience later.
India visa from Pakistan allows you to stay for a maximum of 1 month on a visitor visa. The High Commission will, however, determine the duration of the visa based on the individual case.
Those with visitor visas should allow a minimum of 2 months between the date they exit India and the date they re-enter India on their second visit.
While filling out the online visa application form, you should specify if you intend to enter India from one Immigration Point and exit from another.
If you will be visiting India with your family, then you only have to submit a sponsorship certificate, which will include the names and photographs of each family member.
For an Indian visit visa for a Pakistani, you can still submit your visa application even if you do not have utility bills for your present residence in your name. Any utility bill of your current residence can be submitted. You will need to submit a certified acknowledgment explaining why the utility bills are not in your name. One must make sure the address on the visa application form corresponds to the address listed on your current utility bill.
Starting from December 2012, individuals in the following categories, upon request, can be Approved for issuing a two-year multiple entry visa for up to 5 (five) places: A) Older people (over 65 years of age); B) Pakistani nationals who are married to an Indian national; and C) Children younger than 12 years old accompanied by their parent(s) as given in (b) above. You will be required to provide the following two documents if you fall under categories b) and c). Additionally, along with the rest of the documents and visa application, there is a copy of the spouse's Indian passport with a valid Pakistani visa or resident permit and a duly attested marriage certificate.
Those who will be liable to pay taxes in India as per law should apply for a VISITOR VISA and specify the purpose of their visit as COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE. If these two entries are not made, your visa application will be summarily rejected. If you earn income in India, you will be required to pay taxes on it. You are advised to get your PAN (Permanent Account Number) card from the Income Tax Department in India during your first visit to India as it needs to be mentioned when you pay taxes.
Along with your visa application, you will need to submit the following documents: Documents from India: 1) Letter of invitation from all Indian event organizers. 2) Documents of the Indian invitee such as a passport (preferred), a copy of the 3) Their address, electricity bill, telephone bill, ration card, election card, and numbers of contact. Documents from Pakistan: 1) NADRA card along with the English translation and translated version must be authenticated. 2) Copy of a utility bill, such as electricity bill/gas bill/ landline telephone bill 3) Request for letter for a visa by the company/organization/individual
Definitely. In case you fall under this category, an additional endorsement “commercial Performance permitted” and “liable to pay taxes in India” will be made on your visa. Please inform us if your visa does not include this endorsement. We require this information. Because if you do perform in India without that endorsement, it would be illegal and could result in visa cancellation, deportation, or non-issuance of visa in the future.
The default insurance given by yugo is for 10 days. If the client wants to increase the duration, there will be an additional cost.
