Documents Required for Hungary Visa from Pakistan

Below are the requirements for Hungary visa from Pakistan:

Passport: 

• Original Passport as well as all old passports
• Please note passport must fulfill all the below conditions
• A passport should have a minimum of 2 blank pages & should be valid for a period of 6 months validity at the time of travel

Required Documents for Hungary Visa from Pakistan

• National ID card scanned colored copy. Both the back and front side
• Family Registration Certificate from NADRA (FRC)
• Marriage Registration Certificate from NADRA (MRC)

2- Photographs

Photographs for Hungary Visa from Pakistan

• Three recent colored photographs of size 35 x 45 mm white background with matt or semi-matt finish with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border. (Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas)

Financial Documents for Hungary Visa from Pakistan

If Employed: 

• Original Leave sanction letter on Employer’s Letterhead
• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for the last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with a seal & sign of the Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 10,00,000 (Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
• Last 3 months’ salary slips
• Personal Income Tax Returns for the last 3 Assessment years or Tax Deduction Certificate

If a Self-Employed Professional / Businessman 

• Personal Income Tax returns for the last 3 years
• Company Income Tax returns for the last 3 years (If filed separately)
• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for the last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with a seal & sign of a Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 10,00,000 in case of traveling alone. If a family wants to apply, in that case, ensure the funds are above PKR 20,00,000 Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
• Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name, and Account No. clearly, on Bank letterhead with the seal & sign of the Bank officer, the statement should be updated at least 7 days prior to the submission date. OR If the Current A/c statement is very bulky then you can provide an Original Balance confirmation letter on Bank letterhead with seal & sign (If having a separate Bank, A/c statement in the name of the company)

Supporting Documents for Hungary Visa from Pakistan

If Employed: 

• Visiting card and Employee ID card (company card) copy

If a Self-Employed Professional / Businessman 

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is a Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
• Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with the Chamber of Commerce.

If Student 

• School / College / University ID card copy
• Leave sanction letter on school or college letterhead / Bonafide letter
• If a Minor student is traveling alone or only with one parent, a No Objection Certificate is required on PKR 100 stamp paper from a non-accompanying parent, attested by Notary Public along with their signature id proof like a passport copy.

If Retired 

• Copy of retirement order/reliving letter
• Copy of discharge book
• Copy of pension book if any
